Training is a planned communication process that results in changing of attitude, skill and /or knowledge, in accordance with specified objectives relating to desired patterns of behaviours.  Training is an important input in our developmental programmes, because the human being constitutes the most precious part for development in any field, be it agriculture, industry, health, education, energy or any other. It is, however, not the numerical but quantitative strength of the people, which forges a country ahead on road to progress and prosperity.
