Abstract

In this work the author has tried to provide different tips of skill management in an organization and technologies to benefit the employee and employer.

Introduction

Skills management is the ability to understand, develop and make use of people and their skills. One should identify the skills required for the job roles and  individual employee skills. If there is any gap between the two that be improved.

General Review

The skills required may be defined by the concerned organization, or third party institutions. Generally these are defined about skills framework, we can say competency framework or skills matrix. This is composed of a skills list, with grading system.
